Launching iTunes and update it with latest version, then connect your old iPhone with PC, when it’s recognized, go to Files--Summary, tap on “Backup Now”, and confirm with “Backup”.
When finish backup, go to files--Summary again, then you can see all your backup files on the left side bar. Now disconnect your old iPhone and connect your iPhone 7 with PC, click “Restore Backup”, and confirm with “Restore”.
Then you’ll get your calendars on iPhone 7.

When you have backup your calendars on iCloud, you can restore your calendars from iCloud to your iPhone 7 by logging in same iCloud ID and password. If not, you’ll need to backup them on iCloud firstly.
Please note when restore data from iCloud backup, it will need us to erase all content and settings. Now we’ll see how to do it.
Connect your old iPhone with Wifi, go to Setting--iCloud, log in it with your Apple ID and password. Then turn on Calendar button and turn on iCloud server, then click “Backup” at the bottom, and confirm with “Backup Now”.
When finish backup, log out iCloud on your old iPhone. And log in iCloud with same Apple ID and password on your iPhone 7, then go to Setting--General--Erase All Content and Settings, when all content and settings are erased, go to set up assistant with a hello screen.
Swipe to begin the set up progress, choose the files you need, tap on “Restore Backup”, and confirm with “Restore”.
Then you can check calendars on your iPhone 7.
