How to Share iPhone Notes
“As a notes lover, how could i share my iPhone notes?”
“I usually take detailed information of my work on notes, now there are some notes i want to share with my colleague and ask him to help me with edit, how could i share those iPhone notes?”

Invite people to Edit notes
When we need to invite someone to edit our notes, you can choose two ways to edit it, one is via email, another one is via copy link.
1.Now open notes app on your iPhone, and find the note you need to share.
2.then click “Add People” button in the toolbar, and choose the way you need to share, like email and copy link.
When you choose email to share your notes, you can add their email address to invite the one you need them to edit notes. And click “Send”.
When you choose copy link for share your notes, add email address or phone number of the one you need to share, click “Share”, then it will show up a link of your notes on the new page. Then you can send out the link with other methods.
Edit Shared Notes
When the shared notes is edited, everyone invited to edit it will see the changes, but we couldn’t know who have edit it.
Now if you’re the owner of the notes, you can just open it from your notes app and edit it.
Or if you’re the invited one, you can accept the invitation firstly, then check it from your notes app. Open it and click “Edit” icon on the top right of your page.
Stop Sharing Notes
If you don’t want to share your notes any more, you can also stop it.
1.Open notes app on your iPhone and find the notes you have shared on your notes list.
2.then click “View Participants” button, and when you need to stop all participants to see your notes, you can click “Stop Sharing”.
If you only want to stop one participant from it, you can click more button “...” next to the participant name, then find and click “Remove Access”. then it will be ok.
Sync Notes on iCloud
When you want to share notes on your other iOS device, you can just sync them to your iCloud.
1.Now connect your iPhone with Wifi, go to Setting--iCloud, log in it with your Apple ID and password.
2.Then turn on iCloud driver and notes button, then tap on “Backup”, and confirm with “Backup Now”.
3.When finish backup, you can log in iCloud with same Apple ID and password on your other iOS device, then you can see your notes there.
