For iTunes:

For iCloud:

Connect your iPhone with Wifi, go to Setting--General--Erase All Content and Settings, when all content and settings are erased, go to set up assistant with a hello screen.

Swipe to begin the set up progress, choose the files you need, tap on “Restore Backup”, and confirm with “Backup”.

1.open your iPhone, go to Setting--Mail, Contact, Calendar, then tap on the email account you have add on your iPhone.

2.Then check if Notes button are turned on for those email account, then if you have delete some of your email account, add it again, and turn on “Notes” icon.

3.Now go back to your notes app, then tap on yellow arrow to see if your notes are back.

Get Back Notes with Email Setting

Seldom people know this way, but it really works. See below steps.

1.Open your iPhone, go to Setting--Mail, Contacts, Calendars, then tap on Gmail account you have add.

2.Then turn off “Notes” button, and go to your Gmail account, and check if there is a notes folder there.
If yes, you can find your notes there.
