Backup WhatsApp Contacts on iPhone

Backup WhatsApp Contacts on iCloud

When doing backup on iCloud, we don’t need to connect our iPhone with PC, and it only requires us to connect our iPhone with Wifi. But please make sure the storage of our iPhone is enough.

1.go to Setting--iCloud, log in it with your Apple ID and password.

2.then turn on iCloud driver, and if your WhatsApp button is off, turn if on.

3.scroll down and tap on “Backup”, then confirm with “Backup Now”. then wait for a few seconds, and it will be finished.

Backup WhatsApp Contacts on iTunes

Also we can backup WhatsApp contacts on iTunes, and don’t need to worry about its storage, because iTunes backup files will be stored on our PC.

1.Launching your iTunes, connect your iPhone with PC. Then click iPhone image icon, and go to Files--Summary.

2.then tap on “Backup Now” on the right page, and confirm with “Backup”.



When finish backup, we can find our backup files from below folder address:

For Windows: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
For Mac ~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
